We were delighted with the popularity of our first soup fund raiser. We raised nearly £380 for Bereko and all had such a good time together, enjoying home made soup and cakes. Thanks go to Rachel Smith for her excellent planning and organisational skills and to the team of chefs and helpers from the Town Council, Primary School and church. Four Mascalls' students helped too, working while on school holiday, just wonderful! All in all a good event!
